WNS series horizontal internal combustion boiler is designed based on the imported German Technology and domestic sophisticated technlogy,and is three-pass and wetback structure wall ,which is the first pass ;
The high temperature smoke after burning gathers in the reversal chamber ,then turns to the second pass,the corrugated tubes;after convective heat transfer ,the smoke temperature gradually falls down;then it enters into the front smoke box ,turning to the third pass ,namely light pipe bundle ;after that ,it passes by the back smoke box,then the chimney and finally is discharged into the air .
Features :
1. Large capacity
Adequate steam stock space and heating area makes it possible for boiler to generate steam of high thermal efficiency and high quality.
2. Smoke box
The smok box door employ the Gnerman Tchnology ,which is the hinged door structure ,with good insulation ,easy for opening ,maintenance,cleaning,checking.
3. corrugated furnace
this series boiler employs fully corrugated furnace
enhancing the smoke stirring,and effectively imporving the heat transfer of per unit area and per unit volume.
it also strengthens the strength and elasticity of the furnace,effectively protecing the pressure part from damaging due to the increase of the stress in thermal expansion process of the boiler.
4. Installtion of condenser at the end of the flue pipes
The added condenser absorbs the waste heat from the discharged smoke,increasing the inlet water temperature of the boiler,reducing the temperature of the discharged smoke,raising the thermal efficiency up to 98%,thus greatly saving the cost.
The condenser used finned tubes,enhancing the heat area and heat transfer efficiency and reducing the occupation space.
The finned tubes are made of ND steel or stainless steel,effectively avoiding low temperature corrosion of the steel.
5. Automatc control
Totally automatic operatin:automatic adjustment of burning,water level,temperature and steam pressure ,automatic protection.
6. corrugated flue pipe
It is of sophisticated manufacturing technology ,with fully automatic pipeline pressure operation
Enhancing the heat transfer and boiler thermal efficiency.
Corrugated flue pipes are the heat transfer element of high efficiency which are development after many years' research of our company.Upon the selection of corrugated groove depth and pitch,the heat transfer coefficient is about 1.2times that of common flue pipes at the mininum of flow resistance.
