5000000kal/H Wns Horizontal Gas Fired Oil Boiler commercial boilers with Riello Burner

Commercial boilers main feature
1, Boiler design, production, and inspection are strictly carried out in accordance with the Commercial boilers inspection regulations, JB/T 10094-2002 industrial boiler pass conditions, and JB/T 1619-2002 boiler shell boilers to ensure long-term work.
2, The main body is a three-way pipe structure with a full-humid back flow in the shell and shell.

The flame is slightly positive pressure in the large chamber, stretching, low heat load, less harmful NOx emissions, and heat-receiving area, according to the heat exchange capacity and temperature of the furnace. The power is proportional, the effective radiation is heated, and the heat absorption of the furnace is higher than the total heat absorption.
3, the corrugated furnace and the threaded pipe structure, strength, and each part needs heat.
4, The Commercial boilers main welds are welded and docked, and X-ray and ultrasonic non-destructive testing ensures that the welding meets the steam gauge requirements.
