YLL-SZ series vertical combustion biomass heat transfer oil furnace
YLL-SZ series vertical machine burning biomass heat-conducting oil furnace uses shaped biomass particles, or renewable farm straw, rice husk, etc. as fuel, adopts semi-gasification combined combustion technology, and the structure of heat-conducting oil furnace is reasonable and burns. Features:
1. High efficiency and energy saving. Renewable biomass pellet fuel as energy source, low cost of use, and 30%-60% lower operating cost than fuel (gas);
2. High thermal efficiency. The boiler semi-gasification combined combustion mode of the boiler, coupled with the tangential swirling air distribution design, enables the fuel to be staged and burned at a lower temperature, and the proportion of complete combustion of the fuel reaches over 96%;
3. Stable and reliable. In the mode of positive pressure operation, the tempering oil furnace does not temper and ignite;
4. Low carbon and environmental protection. The content of carbon dioxide, sulfur dioxide and nitrogen oxides in boiler flue gas is very low, and the pollution to air is small;
