Features
1. The grate has a reasonable air distribution, the combustion chamber is large, and the coal type has strong applicability. Adapt to all types of bituminous or anthracite, mixed coal. The fuel is fully burned. Since the high-temperature flue gas will enter the settling chamber and then enter the flue from both sides, the exhaust and dust removal effect of the equipment is very good.
2. The water circulation is simple, the structure of the pressure-bearing parts is reasonable, and it can be safely operated under the condition of ensuring water quality. At the same time, high-standard, high-quality auxiliary machines, accessories and automatic control equipment are used to ensure safe and stable operation of the boiler.
3. Avoid drum bag defects: the riser pipes of the two sides of the header are pulled toward the furnace, and the bottom of the drum is introduced below the bottom of the drum and the bottom of the drum covered with thermal insulation material constitutes the heating surface of the top of the furnace. The bottom of the drum is successfully solved with a novel furnace structure. Subject to high temperature flame radiation problems, to avoid "bulk bag" defects.
4. The boiler shell adopts an elliptical head and the grate adopts a cast iron circular grate, which has the characteristics of high reliability and long service life.
General standard
1. The water quality of atmospheric boiler feed water and pot water should meet the requirements of GB1576-2001 Industrial Boiler Water Quality.
2. Pipeline installation shall comply with GB50235-97 "Construction and Acceptance Specifications for Industrial Pipework (Metal Pipeline)" and GBJ242 "Warm Heating And Sanitary Engineering Construction and Acceptance Specifications.
3. No valves shall be installed on the atmosphere communicating pipe and between it and the boiler.
4. Boiler smoke and dust emissions shall comply with the provisions of GB13271-2001 "Boiler Air Pollutant Emission Standards".
5. The boiler noise shall comply with the provisions of GB12348-1990 Noise Standards for Industrial Enterprises.

Brief Introduction
The coal-fired steam boiler produced by the company is a single-cylinder vertical-type water-fired tube-shell boiler, and the combustion equipment is a chain grate. The water-cooling wall on the left and right sides of the furnace is a radiant heating surface, the two wings of the furnace are convective heating surfaces, the convection heating surface of the threaded tobacco pipe is arranged in the drum, and the front and rear arches are made of a heat-resistant concrete integrally cast enamel. The outside of the boiler main body is three-dimensional. Shield housing. An economizer is installed in the tail flue to increase the inlet water temperature of the drum, and at the same time, it can effectively reduce the exhaust gas temperature and reduce heat loss.
There is a separate air chamber under the grate, and the boiler can automatically adjust the intake air according to the combustion situation. The air intake mode is the air intake on the left side of the tail, and the air distribution door of each air chamber is adjusted by double baffles, so that the wind pressures in the wind chamber are substantially equal. The cleaning device adopts push-pull gate design, which can effectively prevent the grate from leaking air; the secondary air is in the upper part of the front arch above the grate, and supplies air to the space above the grate, effectively supplementing the shortage of primary air. When the boiler is running, the fuel is evenly laid on the grate to form a layer, mixed with the primary air, and the drying, pyrolysis, combustion and reduction processes are sequentially performed. The combustible gas and the secondary air are mixed and burned in the space above the grate, and the combustion is sufficient, and the fuel utilization rate is high. A coal hopper and a coal gate are provided at the front of the furnace to adjust the thickness of the fuel layer on the grate. The gearbox controls the speed at which the grate operates, effectively controlling the fuel's combustion efficiency.
