Superior Quality and Efficiency 1-6T Coal Fired Steam Boilers With Best Boiler Service for Textile Factory
Advangtages
The coal-fired boiler is composed of a pulverized coal preparation system, a burner, a heating surface, and an air pre-heater. Common pulverized coal preparation system classifications are as follows.
1. Direct-blowing pulverizing system: The pulverized coal powder is directly sent into the furnace for combustion. It is suitable to use medium-speed and high-speed coal pulverizer, which is suitable for grinding soft bituminous coal and lignite. The disadvantage is that the output of the coal mill and the fineness of the coal powder are related to the boiler load. Therefore, the number of running mills needs to be adjusted as the boiler load changes, and the grinding parts are easily worn. The medium-speed coal mill direct-blowing pulverizing system is divided into two types: positive pressure type and negative pressure type. At present, large-capacity boilers mostly use positive pressure systems.
2. Intermediate storage type powder milling system: It is characterized in that the output of the coal mill and the fineness of the coal powder are independent of the boiler load, and it is suitable for the steel ball coal mill which can grind various kinds of hardness coal. The disadvantage is that the equipment is more complicated than the direct blowing type. The coal pulverizer consumes a large amount of electricity. The power consumption of the coal pulverizer is not much different from that of the full load. Therefore, it should always be operated under full load.

Pulverized coal burner structure classification, A pulverized coal burner is a device that feeds pulverized coal into a furnace for combustion.
1. Swirling burner. The primary air carrying pulverized coal and the secondary air without pulverized coal are connected to the burner by different pipes. The pulverized coal and air can be thoroughly mixed and form a recirculation zone. Each boiler can be configured with 4 to 48 burners.
2. DC burner: The nozzle is narrow, and the primary and secondary air do not rotate in the burner. The pulverized coal can be completely burned therein.
The heated surface separates the heated surface from the heated surface and the heated surface. Modern large and medium-sized boilers are constructed of water-cooled walls, whereby the water-cooled wall (ie, the heated surface) absorbs the radiant heat in the furnace to evaporate the water into saturated steam. In order to increase the radiant heating surface without increasing the volume of the furnace, the large boiler can be double-exposed water-cooled wall. The superheated heating surface can be divided into a screen type superheater heating surface arranged on the upper part of the furnace and a convection superheater heating surface arranged in the convection flue. The former absorbs radiant heat in the furnace; the latter absorbs convective heat.
The air preheater is installed at the tail of the boiler flue to recover the residual heat of the flue gas and increase the temperature of the combustion air. For high-parameter, high-capacity boilers to increase hot air temperature (>300℃), it is often necessary to stratify the air preheater and the economizer.
