Description

Asphalt Plant 5500kw lpg gas burner with good quality and big discount

Our Lpg gas burner provide continuous heat to the asphalt tanks to prevent solidification of the tank asphalt.

Lpg gas burner working principle
1. When the combustible gas (city gas, natural gas, liquefied petroleum gas) goes into the combustion head ,controlled by the microcomputer control system, the primary air is mixed with the combustible gas, the ignition is combusted, and the secondary air is assisted to achieve full combustion.

2. The combustion condition is detected and controlled by the automatic flame tracking system. When the combustion fails ,such as the combustion chamber is deficient in oxygen, the combustible gas is under pressure, the combustible gas is cut off, the gas volume is insufficient, the control system issues a command, by which the solenoid valve of the gas supply system is quickly closed, cut off the gas power supply, and the burner automatically stops after the purge, indicating the fault.
