Description

PLC control 10t industrial gas fired steam boilers/natural gas boiler for palm oil mill

WNS series industrial gas fired steam boilers are horizontal three pass fire tube wet back full automatic steam boiler. It normally suitable for 500kg to 20ton/h capacity. According to different fuels, natural gas boiler can be divided into natural gas boilers, city gas boilers, coke oven gas boilers, liquefied petroleum gas boilers, and biogas boilers. Application industry: Heating, chemical, food, tobacco, textile, printing and dyeing, feed, medicine, building materials, brewing, rubber, hospital and so on.

1. Fully burned
The natural gas boiler combustion chamber is composed of a large-diameter corrugated furnace, which has a large combustion space, complete combustion of the fuel, effective absorption of thermal expansion, and large radiation heating surface.
2. High steam quality
The shell has a large diameter, a large water capacity, a strong adaptability to load changes, and a stable steam generation.
3. Safe precipitation time is sufficient
The combustion chamber of the boiler adopts a low-position arrangement, the water level is determined to meet the design requirements, and there is sufficient safe precipitation space to ensure the safe operation of the boiler.
4. Multi-function safety device
The rear panel of the boiler is provided with a safety device that communicates with the furnace to prevent the fuel from deflagrating in the furnace.
5. Easy maintenance
The top of the boiler is provided with observation holes, and the front and rear ends of the boiler are provided with unique observation devices to facilitate the maintenance and cleaning of the bottom of the boiler.
6. Smoke box is well sealed
The smoke box adopts a double-opening smoke box door, which is convenient to open, has good compression property of the sealing material, and completely leaks the smoke of the barrier, and can be reused.
7. Multiple security protection
The industrial gas fired steam boilers pressure and water level setting are multi-control protection. At the same time, high temperature flue gas protection is designed to ensure the safety of boiler operation.
8. Automatic control level leading
The industrial gas fired steam boilers controller uses Siemens or Delixi electrical components for reliable performance.
