Fully automatic control natural gas steam boiler 0.7/1.0/1.25Mpa for crude palm factory

WNS series automatic fuel natural gas steam boiler adopts the international classic structure form. The combustion chamber adopts corrugated furnace and low position arrangement, which effectively increases the heat exchange area and enhances the turbulent heat transfer of high temperature flue gas. At the same time, it effectively alleviates the problem of shortening the life of equipment caused by thermal expansion and contraction.


Natural gas steam boiler features
1. Strict processing technology
The welding of the pipe and the tube sheet is firstly pre-expanded to eliminate the gap between the tube and the tube sheet.

2. Longer equipment life

The welding process of the argon arc automatic welding is employed. Effectively eliminate stress and extend natural gas steam boiler life.

3. Digital manufacturing, beautiful appearance
The front and rear smoke box panels of WNS series fuel/gas boilers are cut by CNC plasma cutting machine, which is neat and beautiful.

4. Automatic operation

The computer program controls the combustion automatic adjustment.

5. Protection action

The high efficiency gas steam boiler has the functions of water level self-control ignition and flame out, high and low water level steam over-pressure automatic protection, etc.

6. Better matched burner

The high efficiency gas steam boiler is equipped with international advanced imported burners, which has high combustion efficiency (more than 94%).
7. The smoke pipe of the gas steam boiler adopts a bilaterally symmetric arrangement to ensure a good state of heat exchange area and heat transfer efficiency.
8. The gas steam boiler adopts full wet back and three return structure, which effectively improves the service life of the boiler and reduces maintenance time and cost.
