Installtion
Machine tufted carpets are generally installed in rolls. They should be transported to the installation area 24 hours before installing. They should be opened, flattened, and crimp stress is eliminated, so that the carpet has enough time to adapt to the temperature and humidity of the unpaved environment. The best temperature is between 18-35 degrees so that it can be laid more smoothly during installing.
The choice of underlay: The underlay are laid under the carpet to make the carpet softer, more comfortable and moisture-proof. There are many types of underlay on the market. Remember to choose the appropriate underlay according to the area of use. In the installation area, in areas that are often subjected to external forces, such as corridors, the underlay should not be too thick, generally about 1.0 cm.
Be sure to accurately measure the size of the room, and register the number one by one according to the room and the model of the carpet used. Then use a trimming machine to cut the carpet material according to the size and shape of the room. Generally, the length of each piece of carpet is about 2cm longer than the room, and the width is calculated based on the size of the edge of the carpet. The edge part is cut by the elastic thread, and then cut from the back of the carpet with a hand-pushing knife. After the cut is finished, it is rolled into a roll for numbering and placed in the corresponding room.
