The W11 fully mechanical symmetrical three roll bending machine is a commonly used equipment for bending metal sheets. The two lower rollers of the machine are the driving rollers, which are driven by the mechanical transmission of the motor and reducer to rotate. The upper roller is a driven roller, which is mechanically driven through motors, reducers, worms, and gears to achieve lifting and lowering. A multifunctional three roll plate rolling machine is equipped with a dedicated mold on one side of the flipping body, which has the function of bending profiles. All actions of the machine are controlled by electrical centralized control, which is easy to operate and easy to maintain. This machine is an economical, simple, and practical rolling equipment.

Structure Style
The structure style of the​ machine is 3 roller symmetrical. The top roller do the movement of elevation in the central position of the two botton rolls. It's transmitted by screw nut and worm gear. Two botton rolls are main drive rolls. They rotate by the meshing between the output gear of the gear box and the botton roller and supply the torque for bending plate. It's compact, easy operate and maintain.
