Comparing with HG-01, this welding gun is a updated one, circuit board is updated, our first-generation hot air welding gun temperature control is through adjust impulse frequency to adjust teperature, this second-generation is via IC procedure to control the temperature.

What’s IC procedure control?

This version circuit board is based on IC chip, temperature is controlled by advanced procedure. Heating element starts heating rapidly when it works, when it adjust temperature, the gun will decrease electric current and adjust temperature automatically if it feels temperature increases too much or too hot, to protect the machine and extend the life span of heating elements.

This hot air welding gun can customize 110V and 1800W based on customer’s demand.

There are total 9 speeds of temperature to meet the demands of different work conditions.

Removable nozzels can be suitable for it, user can feel free to choose nozzels to be used in different places.

Removable air filters on both sides to avoid dust to extend the machine life.

Heating element has automatical cooling function to avoid the overheat.

Our hot air gun is guaranteed for one year, including circuit board and motor parts, heating element and carbon brush are not included because they are consumable.
