Iron Ion in the Fluxing Tank

Iron Ion Removal System

​Per ton of workpiece takes out about 4 liters of solution into the fluxing tank, which lowers both the pH value and quality of the fluxing agent day by day and increases the concentration of ferric salt and ferrous salt.

 After being treated can save zinc consumption and improve galvanizing quality.

Hydrochloric acid will lead to excessive pickling, and generate a large number of FeCl2.

FeCl2 reacts with zinc and produces Fe-Zn,zinc dross.
