Advantages

• C content is low, the iron loss is small；
• Good welding performance, and high elongation rate.
• Mn’s content is slightly higher to increase the strength of the steel plate.
• Si and P are low, with good corrosion-resistant performance.
• Steel plates are XG-08 Anshan Steel, uniform microstructures.

Main chemical composition

Customized zinc kettle

- Kettle size: It is designed according to the type and output of the workpiece, or the customer provides the design drawing.

- Kettle thickness: 50mm or 60mm. The biggest difference is that the service life of 60mm is over one year longer than that of 50mm.

- Kettle shape: Round bottom, round corner or customized.

- Protection shields: Prevent flame from directly heating the zinc kettle, prolonging its service life.

- Material quality: XG-08, Angang zinc kettle special plate, provide steel plate quality certificate. It is the most widely used steel for galvanizing kettles its quality is as good as Germany Pilling.

Zinc kettle quality

-provide product quality certificate, UT test report. 100% ultrasonic flaw detection of welds, and delivery only after passing the inspection. The welding standard shall be in accordance with GB 11345-2013 and relevant manufacturing standards.
