Design Guidance
- Superconducting heat pipes are the main heat-conducting components of waste heat recovery devices.
- The heat exchange efficiency of a heating pipe-type waste heat recycling system can reach more than 98%, which can not be achieved by the ordinary heat exchanger.

Working principle of the heating pipe
- The lower part is the flue, the upper part is the water pipe, and there is a partition board in the middle.
- During the operation, the flue gas flows through the flue of the waste heat recycling system to wash the lower end of the heating pipe.
- After the heating pipe absorbs heat, the heat is transferred to the upper end, and the upper end of the heat pipe releases heat to heat the water.

- Heat pipes are made of steel, copper, and aluminum tubes filled with heat-conducting media, drawn to a certain vacuum, and then sealed.
- The heat-conducting medium in the pipe is a mixture of inorganic active metals and their compounds, which have superthermal activity and thermal sensitivity.
- When the ambient temperature is hot, it absorbs heat; when it is cold, it releases heat.
- This superconducting fluid is activated at a certain temperature and transfers heat in the form of molecular oscillation phase transition. Its thermal conductivity is about 10000 times that of the other ordinary metals, and the heat transfer temperature does not decay and can be transferred at a breakneck speed.

How to choose the right type of production line and kettle size?

The land size, the material type, and quantity, environmental protection requirements, etc. are the factors affecting selection.

Hot dip galvanizing is not suited for all kinds of products’ coating. Some products may need plating, so there are different types of production lines.

Before running the factory you need to know that once it starts can’t be stopped. The zinc solution has to be kept in molten condition all year round.

So no matter which kind of production line you choose must make sure that you have a lot of work to do which can offset these costs and let you earn profits.

And as for the kettle size is decided by the largest parts’ size which is also in a large amount. For example, if the longest size is 12m pipe but in a small amount and the 6m size steel structure in a large quantity, we will advise you not to choose a 12.5m kettle. You can make the decision by yourself and we give you some advice, or tell us the size of your part we can design the kettle for you.
