Enclosed pickling is the most advanced and environment-friendly pickling method. The acid mist reaches environmental emission standards by using a vacuum blower sucks it into the pipeline and then deals with it in the water tower.
The scrubber uses sodium hydroxide solution as a Neutralization Solution to purify the acid fume. The air is sucked into the air inlet section by the centrifugal fan, flows first from up to down, then from down to up, passes through the first filter layer and reacts with the neutralization solution from the first stage nozzles. The air continues to flow upward to the second and third filter layers, reacts with the neutralization solution sprayed from the second and third stage nozzles, reacts with neutralization again, and then is discharged into the atmosphere through the exhaust pipe.

Commissioning
After the equipment is installed, the trial operation shall be carried out, and the furnace combustion system shall be adjusted according to the design requirements to ensure the efficient use of heat.
