Description:

Steel Bar Grating is made by bearing bar and cross bar according to the flat-steel weft arrangement, in high-pressure spacing on resistance welder welded by cutting, incision, opening, overlock process such as processing and into customer requirements finished products.

Trench cover is another usage of steel grating, it's usually used in drainage system, like swage treatment plant, port drainage channels, and plaza drainage system. As our products are mostly hot dip galvanzied, it can resist corrision and rust. Moreover, we can produce different size of steel grating for customers according to different load capacity requirement, shape request, etc.

Bearing Bars – Load carrying main elements made from steel, aluminum, or stainless steel, extending in the direction of the grating span.

Bearing Bar Centers – The distance center-to-center of the bearing bars.

Carriers – Flats or angles which are welded to the grating panel and nosing of a stair tread and are bolted to a stair stringer to support the tread.

Clear Opening – The distance between faces of bearing bars in rectangular gratings, or between a bent connecting bar and a bearing bar in a riveted grating.

Cross Bars – The connecting bars which extend across the bearing bars, usually perpendicular to them. They may be bent into a corrugated or sinuous pattern and, where they intersect the bearing bars, are welded, forged or mechanically locked to them.

Cross Bar Centers – The distance center-to-center of the cross bars.

The specification of plain type and serrated type bearing bar is 25 x 3 to 100 x 8; The specification of I-section type is 25 x 5 x 3, 32 x 5 x 3, 38 x 5 x 3, 40 x 5 x 3, 50 x 5 x 3, 50 x 7 x 4, 55 x 7 x 4, 60 x 7 x 4, 65 x 7 x 4, 70 x 7 x 4, 75 x 7 x 4, etc.

12.5, 25, 30, 30.16, 32.5, 34, 40, 41.25, 45, 50, 60, 60.32, 80, 100 mm etc, also be according to client's requirement and 30, 40, 60mm are recommended, America standard is available <1'' x 3/16'', 1 1/4'' x 3/16'', 1-1/2'' x 3/16'', 1'' x 1/4'', 1-1/4'' x 1/4'', 1 1/2'' x 1/4''(19-w-4) and so on. >
