Description of Pet Hot Melt Nails Tapes:

This product is a high-low temperature structure single-sided hot-press adhesive, which can be repeatedly heated and plasticized. This hot-press adhesive is aimed at the arrangement of metal locks in the food packaging industry. It is suitable for the locking of fully automatic and manual food packaging equipment. It has a good bonding effect on aluminum and galvanized metal.

Hot melting tape is idealy used for making c ring nails, t ring nails and others with high stickiness.

Notice

This product is repelled with oil. Before use, the aluminum buckle material must be cleaned and then the composite bond is hot pressed.

The above conditions are only recommended processing parameters. The manufacturer needs to adjust according to the actual temperature, pressure and speed of the equipment before use to match the optimal construction conditions.

1. Bonding temperature and pressure and time relate to the bonding strength of the film to the material. The bonding temperature must be close to the temperature set by the machine, the pressure must be uniform, and the mold and press rolls must be flat.

2. The bonding conditions used will vary between machines and materials. The conditions indicated here are only basic. The most ideal bonding conditions should be established by manufacturing for the specific application.
