Heat Transfer Printing DTF Printer Single Side PET Film DTF Film Roll PET Film
Thickness and size :DTF PET films come in a variety of thicknesses, from thin to medium thick, usually in micrometers (microns). Thickness can vary according to specific manufacturer and application requirements. Films are also available in different sizes, including standard roll widths commonly used in the printing industry.
Transparency and clarity :DTF PET films are known for their transparency and clarity. The film allows for precise color representation and clear details in printed designs. This transparency is important to ensure that the transferred ink or design accurately reflects the intended color and pattern.
Heat resistance :DTF PET films have good heat resistance, which is crucial in the activation process. When subjected to heat and pressure, the film remains stable and does not warp or twist. This feature ensures that the transferred ink or pattern adheres well to the fabric without any unnecessary deformations or smudges.

Applications of DTF PET film
Hot press transfer :DTF PET film is printed face down on the fabric. Use a hot press for heating and pressurization. The heat activates the bonding layer on the PET film, which transfers the ink from the film to the fabric. The pressure ensures proper adhesion and ink penetration into the fabric fibers.
Cooling and peeling: After the transfer process, allow the fabric to cool down, which helps the ink set. Once cooled, carefully peel the DTF PET film from the fabric, leaving the transferred design. Be careful when peeling to avoid damaging the print.
Post-treatment (optional): Depending on ink type and fabric requirements, additional post-treatment steps may be required. This can include heat curing, washing, or other finishing processes to improve durability and washable printing.
