Hot Peel Double Side Matte PET Film 60cm 33cm 30cm Roll DTF Transfer Film
Printing Process: DTF PET film is printed using digital printing methods such as inkjet or sublimation printing. The design or image is printed onto the film, which acts as a temporary carrier.
Adhesive Layer: DTF PET film typically has a specialized adhesive layer on one side. This adhesive layer helps the ink or design adhere to the fabric during the transfer process.
Transfer Process: After printing, the DTF PET film is placed onto the fabric with the adhesive side facing down. Heat and pressure are applied using a heat press machine, which activates the adhesive and allows the ink to transfer from the film to the fabric. The result is a vibrant and durable print on the fabric.
Compatibility: DTF PET film is compatible with a wide range of fabrics, including cotton, polyester, blends, and more. It can be used on various textile applications, such as apparel, home textiles, accessories, and promotional items.
Advantages: DTF PET film offers several advantages in the printing process. It allows for high-resolution printing, precise color reproduction, and detailed designs. The film helps to protect the printhead during printing and provides a smooth surface for accurate ink deposition. DTF PET film is also relatively easy to handle and has good resistance to tearing and wrinkling.

Applications of DTF PET film
Heat Press Transfer: Place the DTF PET film with the printed side facing down onto the fabric. Apply heat and pressure using a heat press machine. The heat activates the adhesive layer on the PET film, allowing the ink to transfer from the film to the fabric. The pressure ensures proper adhesion and ink penetration into the fabric fibers.
Cooling and Peeling: After the transfer process, allow the fabric to cool down, which helps in setting the ink. Once cooled, carefully peel off the DTF PET film from the fabric, leaving the transferred design behind. Take care while peeling to avoid any damage to the print.
Post-Treatment (Optional): Depending on the ink type and fabric requirements, additional post-treatment steps may be necessary. This can include heat curing, washing, or other finishing processes to enhance the durability and washability of the print.
