Decriptions
The polymer adhesive film for aluminum composite panels (ACP) and other metal aluminum bonding polyethylene composite products. ACP is made up of multi-layer materials. Both the upper and lower layers are high-purity aluminum alloy sheets, the middle layer is non-toxic low- density polyethylene (PE) core sheet.
AF1020 adhesive film is three layers film with 30% adhesive resins,it has excellent pulverization effect with good bonding strength. And all the raw materials are virgin,for which ensure the products quality stable.
Application
AF1020 adhesive film is widely for thin aluminium composite panel and partial panels, it’s better to used for the aluminium coil thickness 0.08mm of the ACP.

Packages and Storage
1.12 Rolls/Pallet, 60-80 KG/Roll (Customization available);
2.Keep in a dry cool place. Avoid direct sunlight, ventilation, and moisture. The storage period at room temperature is 12 months. If the film color changes and elongation is found to decrease by 50%, do not use it.
