Decriptions

AF2070 is a polymer adhesive film for aluminum composite panels (ACP) and other metal aluminum and polyethylene composite products. ACP is made up of multi-layer materials. Both the upper and lower layers are high-purity aluminum alloy sheets, the middle layer is A2 flame retardant polyethylene (A2 FRPE) core board, and the front surface is a protective film. Polymer adhesive film is used for high temperature bonding between the A2 Fire Resistance Sheet and the aluminum alloy coil, which makes the most important technical index of the ACP , the peel strength being improved to an excellent level. Meanwhile ACP improves its excellent performances such water resistance and weather resistance.

AF2070 Adhesive film is widely used for A2 flame retardant PE alumunium composite panel,which is widely used for Exterior wall and curtain wallboard of building, and the field needs to be fire resitance panel.

Processing Suggestions :

Adhesive Layer Structure: AL+AF2070+A2 FR sheet +AF2070+AL

Bonding Temperature: 145℃-170℃ (Actual Temperature of tie Equipment)

Bonding Press Force: > 7kg/cm2

Metal Surface: Phosphating or chromizing treatment and pre-degreasing treatment can avoid dust pollutants

QC Standard: IS09001:2015

Packing and Storage:

12 Rolls/Pallet,60- 80 KG/Roll (Customization available)；

Keep in a dry cool place. Avoid direct sunlight, ventilation, and moisture. The storage period at room temperature is 12 months. If the film color changes and elongation is found to decrease by 50%, do not use it.
