Decriptions

The polymer adhesive film for aluminum composite panels (ACP) and other metal Polyethylene composite products. ACP is made up cf multi-layer material. Both the upper and lower layers are high-purity aluminum alloy sheets, the middle layer is non-toxic low- density polyethylene (PE) core board or B1 level flame retardant core, and the front surface is a protective film. Polymer adhesive film is used for middle temperature bonding between the PE layer and the Aluminum alloy coil, which makes the most important technical index of the ACP,and the peel strength being improved to an excellent level, ACP improves its good performances such as water resistance and weather resistance.

AF1050 adhesive film is three layers film with 60% adhesive resins,it has excellent pulverization effect with good peel strength. And all the raw materials are virgin,for which ensure the products quality stable and excellent processablity. The products can be successfully applied to the domestic and overseas market.

Processing Suggestions :

Adhesive Layer Structure: AL+AF1050+PE or B1 Flame Retardant PE+AF1050+AL

Bonding Temperature: 145°C-170℃ (Actual Temperature of the Equipment)

Bonding Press Force: > 7kg/cm2

Metal Surface: Phosphating or chromizing treatment and pre-degreasing treatment can avoid dust pollutants.

QC Standard: IS09001:2015

Packing and Storage:

12 Rolls/Pallet,60- 80 KG/Roll (Customization available)；

Keep in a dry cool place. Avoid direct sunlight, ventilation, and moisture. The storage period at room temperature is 12 months. If the film color changes and elongation is found to decrease by 50%, do not use it.
