VF710 is a maleic anhydride and vinyl acetate functionalized polyethylene mixture, easy to form film, with excellent processability and adhesive strength.

Advantages

  1. Good film forming performance, can be formed into 0.02 ㎜ thick film;
  2. High adhesive strength, good durability, excellent adhesive interface performance, showing the interface adhesive cohesion energy destruction;
  3. Can withstand a certain acid, alkali, salt spray and other chemical solvent corrosion;
  4. Strong adaptability, can meet the needs of high-speed production;
  5. Good weather resistance, adapt to the climate temperature change environment, can be outdoor use.

Chemical Structure

Composition: Maleic Anhydride and Vinyl Acetate functionalized polyethylene mixture.

Application

VF710 is widely used as binder for aluminum plastic panel and heat insulation panel.

Recommended Processing Technology.

Zone 1 Temperature 125~135 ℃

Zone 2 Temperature 135~145 ℃

Zone 3 Temperature 145~155 ℃

Zone 4 Temperature 145~155 ℃

Die Temperature 155~165 ℃

Melt Temperature ＜230℃
