VF990 adhesive resin is a maleic anhydride functionalzied polyethylene mixture, specifically designed to form film with excellent provessability and adhesive strength to both metals and polyolefins,can be successfully applied to various aluminum plastic panels. They are available in pellet form for use in conventional extrusion and co-extrusion equipment.

Composition: Maleic Anhydride and Vinyl Acetate functionalized polyethylene mixture.

Application

VF990 adhesive resin is widely used as binder for adhesive films for aluminium composite panel,FRACP, metal composite panel for Interior and exterior decoration.

Zone 1 Temperature 135~145 ℃

Zone 2 Temperature 145~155 ℃

Zone 3 Temperature 155~165 ℃

Zone 4 Temperature 155~165 ℃

Die Temperature 165~175 ℃

Melt Temperature ＜230℃

Packages and Storage

• Packed in 25kgs Paper-plastic bags
• Keep in dry,cool and ventilated environment;Avoid direct exposure to water and sunlight.Avoid bulk package and securely wrap the unused part.
• Guarantee period: 12 Months.
