The polymer adhesive film is a maleic anhydride functionalized polymer mixture hot melt adhesive film,developed from years of theoretical and application experience in the field of hot melt adhesive film.
PP008 polymer adhesive film is made by multi-layer co-extrusion blowing equipment, suitable for the composite of PP and metal materials.The film is three layer and double side with adhesive resins, one side is PE hot melt adhesive resin and another side is PP hot melt adhesive resin.The processing technology of the product is mild, and the hollow PP and honeycomb PP will not be deformed or damaged during the compounding process, meanwhile it has excellent peel strength of bonding aluminum and galvanized. The bonding effect of tinplate and other materials is excellent, and it is an ideal material for the bonding of pp composite building materials.
Application
PP008 adhesive film is used for PP material - metal panels, such as PP hollow-aluminium panel and PP honeycomb-aluminium panel and PP honeycomb- metal panel etc.

Packing and Storage:
12 Rolls/Pallet,60- 80 KG/Roll (Customization available);
Keep in a dry cool place. Avoid direct sunlight, ventilation, and moisture. The storage period at room temperature is 12 months. If the film color changes and elongation is found to decrease by 50%, do not use it.
