Car Decoration Hot Melt Adhesive PSA Glue Featured With Heat Resistance

It is a synthetic rubber based hot melt pressure sensitive adhesive specifically developed for industrial applications that requested high performance and heat resistance. The product is featured high tack and peel, high shear and heat resistance.

APPLICATION

​The product is suitable for high performance and high heat resistant tape applications, such as automotive tapes, hook & loop tapes, fiber-glass reinforcement tapes. Other pressure sensitive adhesive applications that high bond strength and tack, high shear and heat resistance are required.

OPERATION GUIDS

The material can be applied by slot die or roll coating hot melt applicators. Suggested operation temperature is 170 – 2000C for both, depending on machines, substrates, and plant conditions.

STORAGE & SHELF LIFE

The intact packing material can be stored indoor for 24 months, from the date of manufacture, in its original packages under dry and clean conditions at ambient temperature below 350C and above 50C. Direct sunlight and moisture condensation must be prevented.
