Brand Mark Hot Melt Pressure Sensitive Adhesive For Metal Can Plastic Bottle Label

Feature:

1. Excellent performance on the machine, can prevent the drawing on the vacuum drum of hot melt coating machine.

2. Excellent adhesive strength and flexibility, be able to adapt to the bottle volume expansion caused by the

carbonated beverage bottle carbon dioxide, effectively reducing the label displacement.

3. Excellent performance in low temperature use.

Application: For plastic roll labelling on automatic labelling machine for PET, Glass, HDPE, Medal can etc.

Application Instructions

1. Substrates, release paper and application environment will affect its adhesion performance, so trial use is recommended.

2. There should be no dust and oil on substrates and release paper. Substrates should be well conditioned under standard temperature and humidity.

3. Application methods: slot, spiral spray, fiber spray, multiline, etc.

Cleaning
Glue can be moved with wood shovel before it fully cools, then clean it with adhesive detergent. Applicators can be cleaned with mineral oil at 120℃, then purge with hot melt.
Warnings
1. Not to mix the product with other adhesives.
2. The glue tank should be well covered to avoid any dust or contamination.
3. Wear safety glasses, safety gloves and safety clothes when using hot melt adhesive.
