Equipment Introduction ◆This equipment has been applied to the riveting of automobile door panels. Due to the dense welding spot, it is divided into two working positions for welding.The total number of riveting points is 110, with independent temperature control.
◆The equipment is operated by standing posture, and the welding position of the product is moved by pneumatic sliding platform.
◆ 10 sets of welding programs can be pre-stored, and the data interface can run in tandem with the production line.
◆ Japan MISUSI original heating device. Hot plate temperature control, with self-test, closed-loop control, multi-point independent temperature control, temperature control accuracy up to ±2 degrees.
◆ Equipped with man-machine interface and Chinese and English bilingual interface operation.
◆The cooling system is air-cooled by blowing air.
◆Production cycle time 45S-70S.

Equipment Clamp/Quick die change ◆The equipment can be independently equipped with a die changing car. (this item is customized according to customer requirements)
◆The Clamp of the equipment is fixed by simple, fast and reliable fixing method such as locating pin, without special tools.
◆The pneumatic part of the clamp and the sensor part of the device are designed with quick plug and pull.
◆Quick die change time is 25-30 minutes.
Electrical layout/Safety ◆The equipment has tooling recognition sensor, which can judge whether the tooling is required for online production. If not, the equipment will alarm.
◆Locking function: in case of equipment failure or clamp installation error, the product is locked to the corresponding station (it needs to be unlocked by the designated personnel).
◆Equipment alarm: when the equipment fails, the man-machine interface displays alarm information, and the control system locks the machine.
