SAE1050 SAE1045 S50C S45C Carbon Steel Round Bar and Flat Bar

1, Feature:
1) Typically used in quenched and tempered or normalized conditions;
2) Good toughness, plasticity and abrasion resistance;
3) High strength and machinability;
4) Medium carbon structural steel.

2, Application:
Use for making injection plastic mould,mould frame and some middle-range machine.

Both end of each bar must be cut as required

Surface condition the surface of the hot rolled square bar shall befree cracks, scar and wrinkles that affect the use of the billets. In case there is the above-mentioned defect, it shall be remove.
The mill test certificate shall show the chemical composition, and it is guaranteed that the chemical composition shall be within the limit stipulated in the contract.
