Chemical Analysis

Elements analyzed: totally more than 70 elements and compounds convering common elements and compounds in routine analysis and trace elements.

Means of analysis: instrument analysis and wet analysis

Chemical analysis can be done according to more than 200 testing standards or methods both at home and abroad such as GB,YB, ASTM, JIS etc. The smallest sample for instrument testing can be 3mm diameter. It was a principle drafter of three China's national standards for chemical analysis. It developed spectrometer standard samples for die steel series and stainless steel series, standard samples of various steel grades for chemical analysis, calibration samples for instruments, etc.

Physical Testing

Testing range convers more than two thousand grades of stainless steel, bearing steel, tool & die steel, structural steel, superalloy etc.in the forms of blanks and finish products.

Mechanical Testing

Testing range covers more than two thousand grades of stainless steel, baering steel, tool & die steel, structural steel, superalloy steel, titanium alloy etc. in the form of bars, tubes and flat products.
