a. Place the knife sharpener on a solid flat surface, one hand keeps the sharpener, the other holds knife,put the knife into the “V”slot -tungsten stage, pull back several times for

coarse sharpening

b. Then,put the knife into diamond rod stage, pull back several times for fine sharpening.

c. And then, put the knife into ceramic blade stage for polishing.

1. For the record, this sharpener can not suit for serrated knife and scissors!
