  • CAUTION- Clean the knife with the water or wiper and dry it after use. Do not put the sharpener into the dishwasher or water,please keep it dry and clean. Do not overpower and back and forth when grinding.

Usage:

Step 1 : Tungsten steel blade , for coarse sharpening when knife is very dull .

Step 2 : Diamond rod , for coarse sharpening when knife is not very dull .

Step 3 : Ceramic rod , for fine sharpening , to polish knife .

So you can choose 1 & 3 or 2 & 3 according to the knife .

And you also can use diamond rod to sharp ceramic rod , but it need to be carefull as ceramic knife is very crisp .
