Gr.11 titanium tube, also known as titanium palladium alloy Gr.11 or TA9-1, is a high-performance titanium alloy tube. The following is a detailed introduction to Gr.11 titanium tubes:

Main components: Gr.11 titanium tubes are mainly composed of titanium and trace amounts of palladium, such as Ti-0.2Pd. This alloying design aims to enhance its corrosion resistance.

Mechanical performance: It has excellent tensile strength and elongation. Its tensile strength σ b ≥ 240Mpa and elongation rate δ ≥ 24% demonstrate good ductility and strength.

Corrosion resistance: Gr.11 titanium pipes perform well in corrosive media such as hydrogen sulfide, hydrofluoric acid, perchloric acid, phosphoric acid, and acetic acid.
