Description

Fluorine Release Film, suitable for composite die-cutting and punching of high-temperature silicone PAS tape.

Characteristics PET fluorine release film, also known as fluoroplastic release film, is based on PET and coated with release agent on its surface. Qualified PET fluorine release film has smoothsurface, uniform coating, no defects such as particles and bubbles. The product has the advantages of excellent physical and mechanical properties, small thickness tolerance, high transparency, low thermal shortening rate, and good flexibility. It is suitable for composite die-cutting and punching of high-temperature silicone pressure-sensitive tape, and it is easy to peel off after use. The principle of use of PET fluorine release film is the same as that of release film. It mainly has an anti-stick effect, but it is different from silicone oil release film. Fluorine is a kind of fluoride in PET fluorine release film. Most of the tapes are based on the base material and silicone category, after a long time, will produce various reactions, which is sticking firmly.
