Laser Welding Fabrication

Rivet: The bolt of the rivet is mainly a kind of fastener consisting of two parts, the head, and the screw. It needs to be matched with the nut to fasten and connect two parts with through holes. Stainless steel blind rivets are not prone to rust, stainless steel has both rust and corrosion resistance. These products are suitable for ordinary riveting applications that require riveting from both sides and are widely used in construction, automobiles, ships, airplanes, machinery, electrical appliances, furniture, and other products.

The rivet has various shape and we could choose rivets according to your products.

Stainless steel rivets should be used for powder spraying products as far as possible because the powder spraying should be phosphate. If electroplated iron nails are used, the electroplated protective layer of rivets will be corroded, and the rivets on the final products will rust.
