Use jet fiber (fiber short, thin, easy to break and mixed) as ceramic fiber board raw materials, add a certain proportion of binder, filler-level additives, through the beater, fully dispersed into a slurry in the pulp pool. Pump into the molding tank and stir with compressed air. Put mold into the molding pool, the fiber slurry adsorption on the mold by using principle of vacuum. Precise control the adsorption time, wet fiber material dehydration, stripping, placed in the tray sent to the drying oven drying for 10-24 hours. After drying, the fiberboard is processed through a special grinding machine, trimming machine,to control of the size.
