AZS bricks, also known as fused zirconia corundum bricks, are made by carefully selected zircon sand and industrial aluminum oxide powder in a 1:1 ratio, with a small amount of flux added, mixed evenly, melted at 1800~1900 ℃, and then cast into shape. Generally, zirconium corundum bricks can be divided into several grades according to the content of ZrO2, such as three grades of 33%, 36%

and 41%.

They have high melting point, good chemical stability, and strong corrosion resistance to acid and alkaline media, especially molten glass.

It is used in industrial furnaces, such as glass furnaces, Sodium silicate furnace, ceramic frit furnace,chemical industrial, metallurgical furnaces,etc.

3. Pouring: Pouring the fused alumina zirconia molten materials into the special designed products mould.

4. Annealing: Cooling the fused alumina corundum bricks slowly and make the bricks’ crystal grow to be the best structure.

5. Surface working: Use precision processing equipment to manufacture AZS Bricks according with the required precise sizes.

6. Inspection: Inspect the appearance of each brick according to the contract forms strictly.

7. Physical and chemical analysis: Make a physical and chemical analysis on fused alumina zirconia bricks according to the requirements of contract.

8. Preassembling: Preassembling the bricks for key position according to the drawing.

9. Packaging: Package well all the finished bricks.
