Fully Automatic Roll-to-sheet Lamination Machine is suitable for laminating 2-layer,3-layer and 5-layer 300-600gsm paper into different thickness paperboard.

Specification:

1. With hydraulic lifting-up system for heavy jumbo roll loading,the cam size is 3"-6",for different size paper cores.

2. With pre-heat roller and guide roller have been plating treatment.

3. With edge tracking machine to keep layers paper in a vertical line,so that make it lamination and coating in higher precision.

4. Each layer coating is separated transmission which is controlled by frequency inverter.

5. Glue distributing roller is soft rubber roller,with adjustment equipment to make less amount glue coating.

6. Lamination machine is driven by independent motor,controlled by frequency inverter.

7. Compaction and shaping machine is for fixing laminated paperboard to make more smooth through a certain pressure and time.

8. Traction and slitting machine is for transfering laminated paperboard into sheeting machine through pressing device.

9. Automatic sheeting machine is used for cutting paperboard into different size sheets.

10. Transmission system adopts oil pump automatic recycling lubrication system to ensure high precision transmission.

11. With computerized spiral blade,which has a small cutting force to making cutting edge clean and reduce sheeting cost.Blade is from Taiwan.
