A: Except our legal holiday, it will take 2 weeks for us to finish all your orders’ production.

Q: Is there a minimum order requirement?
A: Due to the high machine setup cost and shipping freight, our minimum order quantity is 600SQM. It is recommended for you to order a 20”GP to reduce the unit price and shipping cost.

Q: How can my order produced by my brand?
A: If your order quantity reaches two containers, we could produce OEM production freely after you offer LOGO design. In case that your order quantity cannot reach two containers, you need to pay additional 800 for this OEM production.

Q: How soon can I get a price quote?
A: Once we know the panel thickness, aluminum thickness, dimensions, paint requirement (PVDF coating or PE coating), we can provide you with one competitive price quote within 24 hours.

Q: What is your terms of delivery?
A: We accept FOB & CIF etc. You can choose the one which is the most convenient for you.

Q: Where can I meet you by face to face?
A: Our sales center is located in SHANGHAI. If you travel to Shanghai, you can visit our office at any time, we will pick you up from your location in Shanghai Our factory in Changsha city is 2.5 hours far away from Shanghai, welcome to visit our factory before you cooperate with us.
