Two phase fast speed vertical disc stack separator for coffee filtration

Unlike other beverages, coffee is finely ground. After extraction, in order not to affect the taste and quality of the coffee, the team needs to remove the solid impurities in the coffee. The traditional filtration process easily leads to the clogging of the filter bag and requires frequent manual cleaning. Manpower consumption is high.
The disc separator relies on the huge centrifugal force generated by its own rotation to separate coffee solids and coffee liquids with different densities. The separation process is fast, which greatly reduces the pressure of fine filtration. The separator is purely physical separation, without additives, and will not affect the quality of the product. At the same time, because the disc separator does not contain filter media, it is a fully automatic machine and does not require manual intervention.
