  • Product Features​

Pyrolysis is the thermal decomposition process of materials at high temperature with an inert atmosphere. Pyrolysis furnace enables removal of solid and liquid organic contaminants from wastes.

Traditional resistance wire heated pyrolyzer is of poor temperature accuracy and reproducibility because of non-uniform heating.

For many materials, the product of pyrolytic decomposition can be recycled as a source of carbon for a downstream process.

HY-TRJ1510E is lab used continuous prolysis furnace with a working tube 40mm in diameter.

  • Applications

HY-TRJ1510E allows to heat organic material in absence of oxygen for a wide range of industrial applications like energy or chemicals production, thus is suitble for pyrolyzing materials such as organic waste salt, activated carbon, biomass, coal, rubbish and plastics etc. with high efficiency and continuity.

HY-TRJ1510E is specially suitable for pyrolyzing waste salt with high efficiency in an environment friendly way.
