Pyrolysis is the thermal decomposition process of materials at high temperature with an inert atmosphere.

HY-RJ3010 is microwave pyrolysis furnacee capable of continuous flow at variable power (5 kW).

Besides, the special crucibles and the innovative insulation structure ensure that there is no product pollution, while automatic loading and unloading system makes it easy for operation.

  • Applications

HY-RJ3010 allows to heat organic material in absence of oxygen for a wide range of industrial applications like energy or chemicals production, thus is suitble for pyrolyzing materials such as organic waste salt, activated carbon, biomass, coal, rubbish and plastics etc. with high efficiency and continuity.
