HY-PH12010 Graphene Exfoliation Furnace 1300 Degree Thermocouple 300mm Diameter Tube
The Graphite Oxide Exfoliation Furnace HY-PH12010 is high-power microwave furnace for graphene mass produciton.
The exfoliation process can be finished in a few seconds since the heating speed of the furnace can reach up to 500°C/s, which enables instantaneous exfoliation of graphite oxide and efficient production of high-quality graphene.
Furnace body is welded by 304 stainless steel to prevent microwave from leakage considerably, while the innovative tube and insulation structure ensure that there is neither product pollution nor accumulation.
HY-PH12010 can be applied to mass production of graphene or nano-graphite oxide, the production capacity can reach up to 10~55kg per day.
