HY-RJG01E is pyrolysis furnace capable of industrial mass production with protective gas.

HY-RJG01E features hybrid heating elements ie. microwave heating and resistace heating, while is with up to 10 or more heating zones for more uniformed temperature distribution.

HY-RJG01E can be integrated in manufacturing process line.

  • Applications

Organic waste is known as inevitable product with the development of economic.Traditional organic waste processing method includes landfill and incineration, while consuming way too much energy and producing poisonous dioxin substance like HCI, HF, NOx, chlorine polymer compounds etc.

HY-RJG01E is designed for environment-friendly continous processing of biomass waste, plastic waste, used oil or other hydrocarbon containing waste by way of thermal decomposition with high efficiency and continuity.
