Professional Atmosphere Reactor HY-QS6016E Cylinder Heating Platform Catalyze Reaction
Sintering is a thremal treatment process applied to powder sample in order to convert it to a compact while increasing the strength and integrity of the material. Generally, temperature used for sintering process is below melting point of the major constituent of powder sample.
HY-QS6016E microwave and electric sintering furnace uses boths microwave absorbing SiC as well as resistance wire as heating elements, which will considerably save time for sintering.
HY-QS6016E offers 40 segments of programmable technical parameters including microwave output power, sintering temperature, sintering time, cooling time, atmosphere flow, etc.
HY-QS6016E features a all-around cylindrical heating zone and rotary heating system to ensure high temperature uniformity.
HY-QS6016E can widely been used for thermal treatment of metals and ceramic under various atmophere conditions, gas flow of Nitrogen, Argon or other inert gas will protect sintering sample from oxidation and decarburization.
