Microwave Oxidation Reduction Reaction Graphite Dilation K Type Thermocouple
The Graphite Dilation Furnace HY-PH12010 is high-power microwave furnace for graphene mass produciton. HY-PH12010 is equiped with 8 magnetrons with 1,5kW output power and the total microwave output power is 0,1 to 11,8kW continuously adjustable.
Furnace body is welded by 316 stainless steel to prevent microwave from leakage, while the innovative tube and insulation structure ensure that there is neither product pollution nor accumulation.
HY-PH12010 is equiped with pre heating device to heat nitrogen before gas enters the tube, which will save time compared to furnace without pre heating device since it will take time for temperature to recover to 950°C with the inflow of cold nitrogen gas.
HY-PH12010 is equiped with high precision water cooling machine.
HY-PH12010 can be applied to mass production of graphene or nano-graphite oxide, the production capacity can reach up to 10~55kg per day.
