HY-QS6016E is lab sinter equipment uses boths microwave absorbing SiC as well as resistance wire as heating elements, which will considerably save time for sintering and suitble for more wide range of materials since some kinds of material may not absorb microwave at low temperature.
HY-QS6016E features 3 heating modes, user can choose from constant temp mode, constant microwave power mode as well as gradient temperature heating mode. For gradient temperature mode, users can set target temperature and heating time, the microwave power will regulate automatically.
HY-QS6016E can widely been used for thermal treatment of metals and ceramic under various atmophere conditions.
