HY-QS3016 is multifunctional sintering furnace with a large heating space and is capalble of various atmophere conditions ie, oxidizing gas, inert gas, argon gas, weak reducing gas etc.
HY-QS3016 uses microwave as heating source, microwave can not only heat sample material with high efficiency but also act as catalysis for various thermal process.
HY-QS3016 offers 40 segments of programmable technical parameters including microwave output power, sintering temperature, sintering time, cooling time, gas flow etc.
HY-QS3016 can be customized to tubular structure to meet different heating requirements.
HY-QS3016 is especially suitable for denture sintering, but also can be applied for sintering of functional ceramics, structural ceramics and electronic ceramics etc.
