HY-QS3016 is rotary sintering furnace that is fully automatic and is capable of industrial mass production since the heating space is large.

HY-QS3016 offers 40 segments of programmable technical parameters including microwave output power, sintering temperature, sintering time, cooling time, atmosphere flow etc.

HY-QS3016 has a unique barrel structured insulation to ensure even temperature field.

HY-QS3016 can work continuously like 8 hours a day.

HY-QS3016 is equiped with easy to operate portable microwave deteting device.

  • Applications

HY-QS3016 is especially suitable for metal powder sintering, but can also be applied to pyrolysis, synthesis, calcination as well as other thermal treatment process under various atmosphere conditions. Furthermore, the pre-vacuum pumping function can substantially save time for gas exchanging.
