Description
Tube Master 200 digital welding power source is an automatic program-controlled welding power source designed and manufactured by Huaheng Company with advanced technology. The welding power source adopts the new inverter power supply and control technology in the welding field, and is the first in the industry to use a large color touch screen as the human-machine interface, which is advanced, digital, easy to operate, intelligent, expandable, and reliable.
The welding head is specially designed for orbital automatic tungsten arc welding (without welding wire) for the butt joint of various pipe fittings. Before welding, the sealing cavity is filled with protective gas to ensure that the welding seam is well protected. According to customer requirements, we can customize the compound fixture within the pipe diameter range. This fixture system can ensure the precise positioning of the welded parts without the need for positioning spot welding, thus providing customers with high-efficiency and high-quality special welding guns. This machine can be used with Tube Master 200, iOrbital 4000, and iOrbital 5000 program-controlled welding power sources, and can precisely realize all-position TIG tube/tube welding, with high reproducibility of welding results and ideal welding outcomes.
